Chocolate Chip Cake Donuts

350 for 15-20 minutes
 
3 cups gluten free flour
2 cups granulated sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Mix the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients together in another bowl until smooth.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well.

Add chocolate chips. Mix well.

Spray your donut pan with nonstick cooking spray. Using a pastry tube, with 1 inch cut off end, fill the holes 2/3 full

Bake until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean
Cool completely - or indulge and eat hot.

Freezes well, makes 24
The dough is very thick. It is easier to use a pastry tube to fill the pan holes. Just cut off an inch, and fill the tube
This is the "Donut Pan". If you do not have one, you can also use a muffin tin.
